The MOULDING MACHINE A/3 is a machine for the completely automatic moulding of every kind of counter, either regenerated leather (leatherboard) or thermoplastic material. Its high degree of automation ensures fast continuous production with the maximum safety. The different adjustments allow to have a perfect moulding for any heel height. By buyer's choice the machine can be equipped whit different accessories:

Moulding slider;
Automatic feeding unit for the counters after the moulding;
Heating group for thermoplastic counters;
Cooling group for thermoplastic counters;
Reorganiser group for thermoplastic counters.

The machine is made according to CE instructions.
