Our “FNC” is the new numerical controlled machine of our brochure.
The “FNC” COMAS executes the finishing touches around the shape of the sole.
The material is taken away by milling, one of the most important innovations that this machine offers is that no dime is needed and has been substituted by an excellent CAD/CAM SYSTEM.

This break through allows the operator to save a lot of time and overcome sole of the working steps.

When working on soles with very pointed toes or rather long tails the system has no problem in executing these length variations.

You can also choose from is different speeds (velocities while making a project on you soles to compensate for the inadequate surface the supports have to work on.

The “FNC” can function manually or in automatic in any case the centering of sole is done by numerical control; the machine in itself does not need to be tuned-up, all the changes are made by the CAD. When the miller is used manally the operator must load – unload the soles before and after the working cycle.

During the automatic cycle the soles are loaded intil a horizontal mobile rack with 4 post and are lifted up by an axis with suction cups.

This “loader” matches the soles in one or two pairs and measures the thickness for a perfec match. The measuring device blocks the machine if it detects problem to load.

The soles are held tight between pressures by a piston during the working cycle.

The spindle has a rotative change so when you have to change a mill you program it and the change is done automatically; this milling machine working on microsoft WINDOWS XP - Embedded System this offering a smooth and highty professonal work cycle.

The axis that blocus the soles during the milling fase rotates thanks to two eletric motors “BRUSHLESS”.

The spindle is moved forward on two motorized axis and run on screw rent recycle sphere systems.
